Adam19_TdTomato_txtranscript, annotated to gene locus
Adam19_TdTomato, located on a custom chromosome
chrAdam19TdT.
It is recommended to use
chrAdam19TdTas the default location.
Gene names, and transcript names, are both indexed and searchable in this assembly hub, for example "Adam19" should return four transcript isoforms present on chr11, associated with wildtype Adam19 transcription.
