These tracks are coverage from ATAC-seq in UL3/U2O-s cells treated either with siNC1 (control) or siH1.4. There are two tracks for each condition representing different aspects of the data. Tracks with the "NFR150" is the coverage from reads which had an intra-mate distance <= 150 bp. This is to approximate DHS-seq data. The second set or tracks labeled "insertion_sites" is the coverage from all reads treated as single end and extended 5bp. This track is meant to approximate general DNase sensitvitiy, i.e. all sites that are accessible to the enzyme.
