This track contains peak calls from a number of different GR ChIP-seq experiments.Below is a description of each subtrack and how it was derived/acquired

1hr_GR_ChIP-seq_peaks_A549: These peaks were take from the SOM of Reddy et al. 2009 Genes and Development. Peaks were threholded to an FDR <=0.01.

1hr_GR_ChIP-seq_peaks_A1-2: These peaks were acquired from in house sources. These data was generated by Valerie Davis, peak calling was performed by Ruchir Shah(?) at SRA Int.

18hr_GR_ChIP-seq_peaks_A1-2: These peaks were acquired from in house sources. These data was generated by Valerie Davis, peak calling was performed by Ruchir Shah(?) at SRA Int.

1hr_GR_ChIP-seq_peaks_UL3_NC1: These peaks were called from ChIP-seq performed by me (Eric Milliman) using macs2.0, with FDR <=0.01. The summits of peaks were extended 100 bp in each direction to create a uniform peak width.
