These tracks represent coverage from GR ChIP-seq in UL3/U2O-s +/- Dex and +/- siH1.4. Cells were firsted transfected with siNC1 (control) or siH1.4 for 48 hrs. Cells were then treated for 1 hr with 100 nM Dexamethasone or an equivalent volume of Abs. Etanol. Input, IP, Veh and Dex tracks are all present. Peak calls are in a separate composite track called "GR_Peaks".
